Egyptian Sunset – Magic Dust

Hi girls! Some days ago I received from UberChic Beauty along with  the plates Collection 1 and Collection 2  a jar of a special pigment for nails called Magic Dust. It's a ultrathin powder with a duochrome effect that has the power to transform the color of your nail polishes.

There are many ways to use it:
1. You can mix a little bit of powder with some drops of  top coat or clear polish (you can mix it also with          gel polishes).

Ciao ragazze! Alcuni giorni fa ho ricevuto da UberChic Beauty insieme alle piastre Collection 1 e Collection 2 un vasetto di un pigmento speciale per unghie chiamata Magic Dust. Si tratta di una polvere finissima con un effetto Duochrome che ha il potere di trasformare il colore dei tuoi smalti.

Ci sono molti modi per usarlo:
1. Potete mescolare un po 'di polvere con qualche goccia di top coat o smalto trasparente (si può mescolare     anche con smalti gel).

2. You can use it directly: over your polish you can apply one layer of top coat and sprinkle a bit of Magic Dust and with the help of a brush you can remove the excess of powder. Top coat to finish.

2. Si può usare direttamente: sopra il vostro smalto è possibile applicare uno strato di top coat e cospargere un po 'di polvere magica e con l'aiuto di un pennello è possibile rimuovere l'eccesso di polvere. Top coat per terminare.

3. Finally you can put Magic Dust  in a bottle of top coat! It's better to add one or two steel balls that help to mix the pigment.
I personally prefer this way....You obtain a Magic Dust top coat ready to use in every moment and easy to apply and if you add a second layer you obtain a stronger effect!

3. Infine si può mettere la polvere magica in una bottiglia di top coat! È preferibile aggiungere una o due palline di acciaio che aiutano a miscelare il pigmento.
Io personalmente preferisco questo modo .... Si ottiene un top coat Magic Dust pronto all'uso in ogni momento e di facile applicazione e se si aggiunge una seconda mano si ottiene un effetto più forte!

This magical pigment is available in four colors:
Atlantis – Magic Dust (aqua blue/mermaid green)
Egyptian Sunset – Magic Dust (gold/sunset pink)
Mad Hatter – Magic Dust ( pink/purple with hints of blue)
Royal Affair – Magic Dust (blue/purple)

The one that I received is  Egyptian Sunset Magic Dust that has a duochrome effect that shifts from a gold to a coral pink. I tried it over different colors as you can see on the images below but the strongest effect is obtained over dark polishes.

Quello che ho ricevuto è Egyptian Sunset Magic Dust che ha un effetto Duochrome che passa da oro a un rosa corallo. L'ho provato su diversi colori, come si può vedere nelle immagini qui sotto, ma l'effetto più forte si ottiene su smalti scuri.

Of course I immediately used it for my new manicure!
I used as a base Layla CE31 (black) onto pinkie, index finger and thumb. For others fingers I applied Wet n Wild French White Crème (white).
I later added two layer of Egyptian Sunset – Magic Dust mixed with top coat.
I stamped  with UberChic Collection 1-03 plate and Mundo de Unas 19 Bronze.
I finished with a coat of Essence Quick Dry top coat.

Naturalmente l'ho usato subito per la mia nuova manicure!
Ho usato come base Layla CE31 (nero) su mignolo, indice e pollice. Per le altre dita ho applicato Wet n Wild French White Crème (bianco).
Poi ho aggiunto due mani di Egyptian Sunset - Magic polvere mescolato con top coat.
Ho timbrato con UberChic Collection 1-03 piastra e Mundo de Unas bronzo.
Ho finito con una mano di top coat Essence Quick Dry.
